Refunds & Cancellations

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with KartiQe Jewels to purchase the product and/or service.

  • Cancellation: The User may cancel the Transaction only if allowed on the Platform. Approval of cancellation requests is at KartiQe Jewels’ discretion, and additional details may be requested.

  • Returns & Refunds: After receiving the product/service, a replacement or refund can only be requested if it does not match the description provided on the Platform.

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction (or as prescribed on the Platform, not less than three days).

  • Claim Process: Submit a refund claim by raising a ticket on the Platform or contacting us kartiqe@kartiqejewels.in/mrkartik770@gmail.com (replace with your actual support email), providing clear reasons and proof if necessary.

  • Approval: Refund approval is at KartiQe Jewels’ discretion, and additional information may be requested before processing.
